Meet The People Person
Hi, I’m Lara. I’m the Chief People Person.
If you’re a purpose-led, creative and kind person or company who cares about their people and likes to do things differently, we’ll probably get along.
Following a successful career in HR and Leadership roles and extensive personal development and study, I founded The People Person in 2019. My aim is to help people be happier, healthier and more successful by getting the best out of themselves and those around them.
Non-stuffy and non-corporate, I specialise in working with people and companies in the creative and retail industries. My approach blends practical with philosophical, business with life, and cheerleading with challenge to help individuals, leaders and teams live and work with more awareness, greater fulfilment and increased confidence and purpose.
The People Person is more than just me. Depending on your needs, I also draw in a strong personal network of carefully cultivated People People. They are associate experts & colleagues who will help you release potential and make a positive dent in the world.
My Credentials
I’ve trained and worked hard to earn my stripes and make sure you’re in safe hands and achieve the outcomes you’re looking for. I didn't find a spiritual calling after an ayahuasca experience in the jungle or finding myself in Nepal (fun as they sound). In an unregulated and highly saturated industry like coaching and personal development, when you work with me you can be confident you're dealing with someone who is qualified, experienced, and who operates with ethics and integrity and walks their talk.
LINKEDIN is the best place to check out my full professional background but here are some highlights.

Approachable, knowledgeable and with a magnetic warmth and kindness, since leaving her role as MD of live booking agency Coda in 2017, she has been consulting for various individuals and SMEs within the entertainment industry, helping them to shape their people and culture offerings and develop their teams, as well as working as a trusted Coach and Mentor to individuals whilst also studying to gain her formal qualifications in this area. If that didn’t keep her busy enough she is also a Level 1 England Netball Coach and teaches kids netball in South London Schools.
Claire loves working with individuals and with small and growing companies who don’t need a people person full time but who could use a balance of practical and strategic support with their people delivered in a down to earth and collaborative way. Her mission is to help people grow and be happy – whatever that looks like to them.
+ Caroline
The link between what we eat, how we feel and how we perform is becoming increasingly clear and more people are starting to wakeup to the importance of nutrition in wellbeing. Whether it’s short talks or workshops for groups on optimal nutrition for wellbeing, mood or performance, individual personalised consultations or longer nutritional programmes for your company it’s an area more forward-thinking companies are starting to pay attention to.
Caroline is The People Person’s star nutritionist helping people individually and at work to support their health and wellbeing through the food that they eat.
With first-hand experience of the busy London corporate life and challenge it brings, she left a successful career in Marketing for several high profile brands to become a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapist. She now has eight years’ extensive clinical experience and five years’ experience as official nutritionist for two Premier League football teams.
Caroline is also a regular in the media and has contributed to several key publications including Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, Top Santé and Zest and BBC radio 2.
Her style is warm, supportive and professional and her mission is to educate, motivate and inspire people to transform their health through simple but effective evidenced-based diet and lifestyle changes.
